Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time estimates by location:

All delivery times are an estimation based on information given by the Postal Service used.  If you are outside of Sweden, these delivery times are even more of an estimation.  For delivery to any location, actual delivery time depends on the Postal Service and can be greatly effected by holidays etc.  Once a package is scanned by the Postal Service, I no longer have control over your package.  I cannot be held liable or responsible for delays, re-routing, or failed deliveries.  However, I truly appreciate my customers and care about you receiving your order both on time and in perfect condition.  If there are issues with the delivery or condition of your package, please let me know as soon as possible at hello@honeywoodcandles.com so that I can do my best to support you and/or remedy the situation.
