Återbetalningspolicy
At Honeywood Candle Company we try our best to make sure your item or items arrive to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
With that said, please make sure to inspect your item upon receiving it. If you find that your item has been damaged, please do not use it and send a message about the damaged item along with pictures of the damage, to hello@honeywoodcandles.com within 7 days of delivery. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days about a decision for the situation. Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded. So, if you think your product is damaged, please do not try to use it.
You may exchange or return an unused, undamaged product. Exchange means that you would like to send back the unused, undamaged product you received for another of the same size and price within 7 days of delivery. Return means that you would like to send back the unused, undamaged product you received for no other item or money in return. Please send an email to hello@honeywoodcandles.com so we know that you are returning or exchanging an item and can prepare. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on unused, undamaged exchanged or returned items.
If items are returned to us due to the buyer entering an incorrect name or address, the buyer is responsible for all costs and fees associated with this.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return with refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is connected to an issue with your item and is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If a return is for the purpose of receiving a refund of money, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a return is for the purpose of receiving a new item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if sending you a new item was approved or not. We will let you know within 2-3 days of receiving your returned item what the decision is and when to expect either money or a newly shipped item.
